When is my receiving amount fixed?
When you press Create order and the order is created successfully. The saved amount includes the 1% service fee and the displayed outgoing network charge. Payment confirmation does not recalculate it.
What are the minimum and maximum amounts?
The minimum is $100 USD worth of the sending asset before the service fee, checked at the current USD price. The maximum depends on the available BTC reserve on Bitcoin mainnet. The amount must be positive, respect the sending asset precision and cover the displayed fees. The calculator checks these conditions before an order is accepted.
How long does this exchange take?
