From choosing a network to receiving your crypto: follow each stage of your exchange.
1. Choose the asset and network
Select what you send and receive. USDT on TRON, Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain and Solana are separate routes. Enter at least $100 USD worth of the sending asset before fees and the public address where you want to receive the output.
2. Review and create your order
Review the displayed service fee, outgoing network charge and receiving address. The preview can change until you create the order. After creation, the saved receiving amount is fixed. Save your private order link before leaving the page.
3. Pay using your order details
Copy the payment address and amount from the payment page. Check the network in your wallet. The QR code contains the address only: enter the exact amount separately. Your wallet or sending exchange may charge an additional withdrawal fee.
4. Follow the status
The payment window is 60 minutes. After receipt is confirmed, the order changes to Processing. Completed means the output transfer has been marked as sent. Arrival in your wallet can depend on the receiving network and wallet.
When to contact support
For a late, incomplete, excess or wrong-network payment, contact [email protected] or live chat with the CS order ID. Keep your transfer receipt available. Never share a recovery phrase, private key or private order link in a public channel.
